Grub Control

Is your lawn turning yellow? Are dead patches appearing on the ground? Does your grass lift easily when you pull it? If the answer to these questions is “yes”, you are probably having a grub problem.

Grub damages are caused by worms (Japanese beetle or European chafer larvae) that feed on the roots of your grass. Signs of grub infestations in the lawn start to show in September and continue until the end of May of the following year. To check for worms, simply pull the grass up. If a clump of lawn pulls easily, grubs are probably there, and you will see them on the soil surface.
